Nickel Based Alloy Pipe is a high-performance alloy pipe with nickel as the main component (usually ≥50%), enhanced by the addition of chromium, molybdenum, iron, cobalt, titanium and other elements, which is widely used in extreme environments. Compared to stainless steel, nickel-based alloys have significant advantages in high-temperature strength and resistance to localized corrosion (pitting/stress corrosion), but at a higher cost, making them suitable for harsh conditions that stainless steel is not capable of.
